Consequences of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.  

Returns can only be sent to the following address: TROLLKIDS & WESTFJORD, c/o WM Group, Pilgerstraße 29, 45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.  

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by us for a return shipment within Germany. Otherwise, you must bear the return costs. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. If, in the case of contracts for services, you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for services if we have provided the service in full and we have only started to perform the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.

General information  

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.  

3) Please note that the aforementioned clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
