Repair & spare parts

Repairs are an important step towards reducing our CO2 footprint. That's why we offer a repair service for our products, regardless of complaints.

This is how it works:

Order the chargeable repair of your item. We offer a small or large repair package (see further information below). Describe what needs to be repaired as a comment in the shopping cart. Where exactly on the item it is located. We can also identify the item more quickly with an invoice number.
Send us the item by post (you will receive the address with the order confirmation) with shipment tracking option. Please note that we can only repair clean products.
Our team of experts will carry out the repair, duration: 5-7 working days.
We will return the repaired goods to you free of charge in Germany.

If a repair is not possible, we can of course send your product back to you - if you don't want to say goodbye to it just yet.

Of course, you can also have the repair carried out by your dealer.

Small repair package

The following repairs are possible in the small repair package:

Zipper: replace slider, clean zipper
Tears/holes (not watertight): Replace fabric part, glue/cover hole/tear
Replace press studs, replace sleeve tab (both sides)
Replacing pocket bags
Replace rubber cord
Shoes: replace shoe laces, shoe eyelets, replace shoe edges, glue soles
Equipment: Change sewn buckles, replace straps
Care: Wash/dry a down jacket
Other small repairs requiring up to 15 minutes of work

Large repair package

The following repairs are possible in the large repair package:

Zipper replacement
Tears/holes (waterproof): Replace fabric part, glue/cover hole/tear
Ski pants, mud pants: edge protection (on both sides), replace snow guard, suspenders
Care: Impregnate jacket
Other repairs requiring more than 15 minutes of work

Spare Parts

Do you need zipper pulls, press studs, a strap, a seat mat or similar spare parts? Order your spare part and add an exact description (product category, model number or name, color, size of your purchased item, the desired spare part and the location) in the comment field of the shopping cart.

For example: KIDS TROLLFJORD JACKET, dark blue softshell jacket, size 140, zipper tag, left pocket

We have an extensive stock of spare parts in our repair workshop, even for older products.

All small parts are sent by post.
